If you have a computer but are struggling to get to grips with using it what can you do? Where can you turn where you won’t be made to feel completely incompetent? Well there are a few options and you should always remember that getting help does not have to be as daunting as you think.
Many companies offer computer course where you can go to a tutorial session and be instructed how to use your computer in a way that is specifically tailored to your individual needs. These are great for getting a lot of information in a short period of time but can be fairly intense and pretty costly.
Another good option would be getting a how-to guide book for your PC, the only problem with this is that it will be very generic so you may struggle to find the specifics of what you want to learn. However you do have the freedom to learn at your own pace and re read any areas that you find more difficult.
There are also online support systems either through professional programs or forums where you can ask questions on specific things that you want to do, this wouldn’t really be suitable for beginners though as to use these systems would take some basic knowledge.
