Windows 10 was released in July 2015 and initially it was free to download if you already had Windows 7 or 8. Windows 10 was created and was similar to that of Windows 8 (which was a massive change from its predecessor). When first released it was not a success with everyone, and much of the functionality that people had just got used to in Windows 8 had been changed or removed completely.
Once upgraded to Windows 10, you have to learn how to navigate round the system again, even finding simple things like the Control Pane, often seemed quite tricky. Once you understood how all the apps worked and how to use the search function correctly, it was not as bad as it may of first appeared. If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and struggle to carry out simple tasks then there is help at hand. Many companies are running training programs on the latest operating software from beginners through to the advanced user and if you feel that you just need a few pointers then there are some great book and even free leaflets which will talk you through some of the common tasks step by step.
