Most companies at some point will need support with their IT needs. It may be that you are expanding and want to install a network to link all your PC’s together or that you are looking at purchasing new software that needs to be installed on more than one PC and / or devices and communicate with each other.
Regardless of the need for IT you need to find a company or person you can trust. If you feel that you need on going IT support then it may be worth employing someone to work within your company, but if it is only occasional support then out sourcing it may be more financially viable.
Some IT companies will offer packages where you get a certain amount of hours per month or year to use with whatever support you need, this can allow you peace of mind that you always have cover but can use it as and when you want to.
