When certain peripherals are displaying as “not found” may either be the fact that you have not actually plugged it in or someone could have knocked it out of the port.

Keep a log of all your error messages so when you are calling your support team you have the definitive code, including al the numbers and text codes displayed. It makes creating the solution a more linear and smoother process.

Lack Of Internet 

When not connected to the internet, ALWAYS check the router as they are prone to freeze or drop out when there are any surges in power. Turn them on and off and wait to see what happens. Most internet problems are caused by these problems and should be a straight forward fix.
